Rashu Fan Viyuntheriyaa is a journey into the traditional craft of Maldivian palm weaving where culture, creativity, and connection to nature come together. This three-part path takes participants from gathering and preparing palm leaves to weaving everyday items and engaging in conversations with community elders about the role of weaving in island life.

Through practice and shared storytelling, participants explore how islanders have long worked with nature - not just taking from it, but shaping it with care and respect. Learning to use natural materials deepens our understanding of the plants around us and nurtures a more mindful, practical relationship with the land.

Whether you’re new to weaving or brushing up on old skills, this path offers a grounded, tactile way to experience and connect with nature
