Our activities promote intergenerational connection, mentorship, and shared discovery.

We’re offering guided stand up paddle boarding sessions as a way to build a lifestyle around ocean connection, paddling across calm waters with an experienced guide, observing the horizon from a new perspective, and spending relaxed, mindful time in nature in a way that’s both grounding and energizing. A full body exercise, paddle boarding regularly helps you build balance, strengthen your core, improve your focus and posture, and clear your mind.
