Itinerary

• 05:30AM | The Morning Meetup: Our journey begins at the Villingili Ferry Terminal on the Malé city side. Meet your host as the city quietly wakes up, receive your tickets, and prepare your mindset for a morning of island exploration.
• 05:45AM | Island Crossing: Board the public ferry for a short, scenic ride across the channel. Use this brief crossing as your first "Analog" moment to watch the city skyline fade away as the green canopies of Villimalé draw near.
• 06:00 | Sunrise Walk & Foraging: Step onto Villingili Island's quiet shores just as the sun breaks over the horizon. Walk the coastline alongside a local herbalist to identify indigenous coastal flora, learning how islanders have coexisted with these plants for centuries.
• 08:00 | Traditional Breakfast: Fuel up like a local at a cozy open-air spot. Enjoy a communal Maldivian breakfast paired with a refreshing herbal tea brewed using the fresh leaves and elements discovered during your morning foraging walk.
• 09:00AM | Parallel Immersions: The morning splits into two tailored, hands-on experiences:
  • For the Kids: Children join the *Moodhufilaa* Nature School alongside local kids, diving into outdoor games, exploring the shallow reef ecosystems, and learning island science.
  • For the Parents: Parents head to a local artisan workshop. Guided by a traditional woodworker, you will slow down to carve, sand, and finish your own custom hardwood cutting board to take home.
• 11:45AM | Midday Farewell: Regroup with the family to share your morning discoveries. Gather your handmade cutting board and nature school memories, and head back to the Villimalé jetty.
• 12:00 | Return to Malé: Board the ferry for the short return crossing, arriving back on the Malé side feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply reconnected to the rhythms of island life.
